Our goal is to make you feel safe, free and carefree on holiday in the welcoming Riviera Romagnola, even in uncertain moments like these ! 

For the summer of 2020 we have therefore prepared to host you safely with some special arrangements.

Here are the answers to questions you might have about how the hotel services will be handled:

How will check-in and check-out take place ?

check-in can be done online. Before your arrival, you will receive an email from us with the subject line: skip the line! The request to fill in the form with your data will allow us to speed up the formalities of arrival at the hotel. The pre-account will also be sent to you by email and the balance can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.

Which service do you propose at breakfast ?

At the entrance of our beautiful Shell Room there will be a sanitizing gel station to disinfect your hands. You can order breakfast the night before to have it in your room or directly in our "Sala delle Conchiglie";. The service will always be organized directly at the table in complete safety. The breakfast buffet will probably undergo some variations, always respecting the rules of protocol and safety for guests!

How are the rooms cleaned ?

Margherita and Lefteri have always prepared your room to guarantee the safety of hygiene, cleanliness and relaxation. The rooms, bathrooms and balconies are sanitized with virucidal products and the cleaning cloths are changed for each room. The remote control of the TV is located in the room disinfected inside the bag hermetically sealed, as well as the room key that will be given to you upon arrival. The main focus is on the disinfection of objects that are most frequently touched such as handles, light switches, lift buttons, common areas etc.

Can I change my holiday dates ?

For customers who wish to change the dates of their stay, it will be possible to make any changes free of charge or receive a voucher to be used by September 2021 for the value of the deposit, provided that the change or cancellation is made within 15 days from the date of arrival. In case of health emergency we will return the deposit even if you cancel the day of your arrival !

Help us to preserve the safety of all !

In order to live a safe and peaceful stay we also need your help ! Keep a safe distance of 1 meter, always use our excellent hand sanitizer gel, especially before getting on the elevator and when entering the common rooms. You can use the elevator, but one at a time or a household.
